Our community program handles the design, installation, seasonal maintenance, and takedown for selected local families, so there is one less thing for them to organize.

Neighbors, nurses, teachers, friends, and relatives often know when a family would welcome a little practical support. If you know someone, start with a simple inquiry and we’ll discuss the next step with the point of contact.

How it works

Start the conversation

Share your own contact information and the family’s city or neighborhood. Please do not include medical records or detailed treatment information.

We coordinate with a contact

We speak with the point of contact about timing, practical needs, and whether the family would welcome the gift before anyone reaches out.

We plan together

If a nomination is selected and the family agrees, we plan the display and installation. We never publish a family’s name, story, or photos without permission.

Nominate a family

Start with the essentials. A team member will review the inquiry and contact the point of contact if there is a possible fit.

Most nominators handle the details so the family doesn’t have to. We coordinate with the contact — timing, access, what feels right — and never reach out to the family cold.
