The Lowcountry has its own look, and a holiday display should work with it rather than against it. Live oaks, Spanish moss, palmettos, and homes designed to sit inside the landscape instead of on top of it — the lighting that works here is warm, restrained, and precise.
We install in The Crescent and throughout Bluffton and Hilton Head Island. Heavy tree cover is the defining local factor: a roofline that would read clearly on an open lot can disappear under canopy, so the design has to account for what’s actually visible from the street. Sometimes that means wrapping trunks and lighting the approach rather than loading the roof.
Gated and plantation communities
Most of the properties we light here sit inside gated or plantation communities with their own access procedures and decoration guidelines. We handle that as a matter of course — insured, credentialed, uniformed, and comfortable coordinating with property management and security. Bring us your community’s rules at the consultation and we’ll design within them.
Salt air and coastal weather
Island and marsh-front homes are hard on cheap materials. We use professional-grade commercial C9 LED and mount every run to hold through a coastal December, then remove it all cleanly in January.
