Richmond Hill has some of the best-looking homes we light all season — steep gables, tall entries, and lots that give a display room to be seen from the road.
We install in The Bluffs and Waterways, and both come with the same two challenges: height and access. Steep, multi-gable rooflines look spectacular lit, but they demand a run that follows the pitch precisely — one sagging line down a gable is the thing your eye goes to every time you pull in the driveway. We install to the architecture, and we check it from the street before we leave.
Gated communities
We work in gated communities regularly and we come prepared for it: insured, uniformed, and used to signing in at a gate, coordinating access with property management, and working within community guidelines on install windows and display standards. If your HOA has rules about when lights can go up or what’s permitted, tell us at the consultation and we’ll design inside them.
Coastal properties
Waterfront and marsh-adjacent homes deal with salt air and wind that inland houses don’t. We use professional-grade commercial C9 LED — not retail strands — and secure every run for weather. Palms get wrapped too, and a wrapped palm next to a warm-white roofline is about as coastal-Georgia as a Christmas display gets.
